Kitchen fume purifier selection and installation process
1. The processing air volume of each stove (per metre hood) is about 2000m3/h, and the total processing air volume is determined according to the number of stoves (the length of the hood) and the installation position, and the specifications of the corresponding purifiers are selected;
2, select the matching fan air volume, the fan air volume selection is generally less than 5% than the purifier's air volume (this data is for reference only, depending on the site conditions, if the fan's air volume selection is greater than the purifier The treatment of air volume will affect the purification effect of the purifier);
3. Install the purifier and the outlet position of the hood at least 3 meters to ensure the fire safety and purification effect; the distance between the purifier and the fan is more than 2 meters;
4. The machine is energized for a period of time before installation, and it is checked whether the electrodes of the machine will be offset during transportation or handling;
5. The inlet and outlet of the machine can be interchanged at will, and the filter must be in the direction of the air inlet;
6. Connect the drain pipe;
7. Before starting the purifier, you must start the fan for 10 minutes (especially in the cold winter, the time for the fan to start first should be a little more). When shutting down, you should turn off the purifier before stopping the fan.
